Job summary

Noor Staffing Group seeks an experienced Controller to oversee accounting and financial reporting for a commercial real estate investment portfolio. You will lead a team of five, manage monthly and quarterly closes, and partner with senior leadership on budgeting, cash management, and portfolio-level accounting.

The role requires an active CPA, 7+ years in accounting, and CRE owner/operator experience, with strong GAAP knowledge and Excel/ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

CPA required and active.
7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
Experience for a CRE owner/operator is required.
Solid GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
Experience building and mentoring a team.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting.
Direct a team of five accounting professionals.
Oversee portfolio-level accounting for owned CRE assets.
Prepare and review statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow.
Coordinate with property management, lenders, and investors.
Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements and audits.
