Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an actively licensed attorney.

Responsibilities

• Lead a specialized practice area within the Law Department for Eaton.
• Provide legal counsel on leases, acquisitions, sale-leasebacks, construction projects and related issues.
• Manage high-volume real estate transactions and associated negotiations across Eaton's portfolio.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Tax, Government Relations, Finance, EHS/Sustainability, Supply Chain and other internal teams.
• Support dispute resolution related to real estate and construction matters.
