Job summary

Compass in Denver, CO is seeking a Senior Compliance Auditor to review transactions and uphold Colorado Real Estate Commission standards. You will oversee transaction files from listing to close and provide support to transaction coordinators to ensure every file is complete and compliant.

This in-person role requires 5+ years of active Colorado real estate license with transactional experience, working knowledge of CO MLS systems, CTM eContracts, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of active Colorado real estate license with transactional experience.
• Knowledge of CO MLS systems, CREC forms, CTM eContracts, and Google Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine reviews of open sales, lease, and referral transactions to ensure file reviews are conducted regularly.
• Collaborate with Broker of Record and Transaction Coordinators to improve efficiencies.
• Perform comprehensive random reviews of commercial, farm and ranch, and residential listings, leases, and sales files before and after closing.
• Ensure closings meet compliance goals and that contracts, disclosures, and advisories are processed correctly and timely.
• Pay close attention to file review requirements.
