Cushman & Wakefield in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Senior Client Accountant to manage full cycle accounting, including financial reporting for multiple clients, cash management, AP/AR, accruals and reconciliations.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly with clients and property managers. Prior experience with Yardi or MRI and MS Office proficiency is preferred; travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• College degree in Finance or Accounting preferred; 1–3 years of experience is required.
• Experience with Yardi, MRI or other real estate accounting software; MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Perform Full Cycle Accounting, analyze accounts, cash management, AP/AR, accruals and reconciliations.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages meeting internal controls and client requirements.
• Research, analyze and communicate complex accounting issues; collaborate with clients and property management.
• Prepare accounting records and research transactions; apply procedures.
• Apply company financial policies; highlight inconsistencies to management.
• Prepare and review fixed asset ledgers; calculate straight-line rent per client.
• Assist audits by providing documentation.
• Coach accountants, lead meetings, onboarding on new assignments.
• Perform other related duties as required.
