CBRE seeks a SPQREA-Associate to develop business, market commercial real estate properties, and negotiate leasing terms on behalf of clients. This role supports the brokerage function, handling buying, selling, and letting activities for occupation across residential, office, and commercial properties.

You will build client relationships, prepare data-driven reports, and assist in contracts and due diligence while exemplifying CBRE RISE values in daily work.

Qualifikationen

• Intermediate math skills for percentages, fractions and financial calculations.
• Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Real Estate License is strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Provide clients with leasing availability, market conditions, and property values.
• Accompany clients to property sites to discuss features, rates, and terms.
• Assemble property data such as tenant surveys, reports, and maps.
• Prepare RFPs and review responses; create market reports and comparisons.
• Gather materials for transactions and prepare offers, term sheets, and leases.
• Assist attorneys in real estate contracts; participate in negotiations and due diligence.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Work within standardized procedures and meet deadlines.
• Exchange information clearly and verify understanding.
