Job summary

Roers Companies is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for its operating real estate portfolio. The role emphasizes data-driven decision support, KPI reporting, and scalable processes across property and portfolio levels.

You will mentor junior team members, build analytical tools in Power BI and Pigment, and partner with Asset and Property Management to improve forecasting and long-range planning. Multifamily real estate experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
4+ years of FP&A, asset management, or related analytical experience.
Experience mentoring junior team members and leading projects.

Responsibilities

Own assigned work streams within the Property FP&A function and help shape team priorities.
Mentor entry-level analysts through guidance and review their work for accuracy.
Improve forecast accuracy and develop long-range planning models for property performance.
Build dashboards and analytics using Power BI, Pigment, and Excel; identify trends and drivers.
Collaborate with Asset Management and Property Management to support performance drivers.
