Job summary

AIG is seeking a Real Estate Portfolio Analytics & Planning Lead to drive analytics, reporting, and planning for the Global Real Estate portfolio. You will ensure data integrity and translate complex data into actionable insights for occupancy, capital planning, and strategic decisions.

Reporting to the Global Head of Strategy and Portfolio Management, you will own analytics platforms, dashboards, and governance across regions, partnering with Finance and Workplace teams to align budgeting with

Qualifications

• Strong experience in real estate portfolio analytics, reporting and data management.
• Proven data governance, validation, and reconciliation capabilities.
• Budgeting experience with strategic planning context.
• Ability to translate data into executive insights for multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, governance, and delivery of portfolio analytics, reporting, and planning across the Global Real Estate portfolio.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity; transform complex data into actionable insights for workplace and capital planning.
• Develop enterprise reporting and dashboards to support portfolio optimization and executive decision-making.
• Coordinate with Finance, Workplace, Projects, and Real Estate Operations to align source data with budgeting and planning.
• Own real estate budget development and regional Opex/Capex planning with global SMEs.
