Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required)
- 10+ years of real estate lending experience (required)
- MBA (preferred)
- Experience in credit underwriting, credit officer or workout management (preferred)
- Experience in product roles such as commercial mortgage, subordinated debt or investment banking (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains trusted advisor relationships with real estate owners, investors and developers
- Leads deal teams and coordinates with Credit, Product Partners and Servicing to deliver solutions
- Manages loan portfolio with focus on profitability and asset quality
- Identifies cross-sell opportunities and deepens client relationships
- Mentors junior team members and drives risk management discipline
