Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Senior Banker in Overland Park to act as the trusted advisor for real estate owners, investors and developers. You will deliver comprehensive financial solutions across traditional bank products, investment banking, and capital markets, while driving revenue growth and maintaining strong asset quality.

You will mentor team members, lead complex transactions, and coordinate with Credit and Product partners to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field (preferred)
• OR equivalent experience (required)
• 10+ years of real estate lending experience (required)
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively on a team (required)
• MBA preferred (optional)
• Experience in product roles (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Serves as Trusted Advisor to clients by developing a holistic understanding of client prospects and business
• Provides access to Key’s product platform including investment banking, credit facilities, cash management and more
• Leads deal teams and coordinates Cross-functional partners on complex transactions
• Structures credit and non-credit product delivery with strong risk management
• Proactively manages loan portfolios to maximize profitability and asset quality
• Collaborates with Credit, Product, Servicing and other partners to deepen client relationships
