Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Local State Bar admission or eligibility for reciprocity.
• Some portable book of business and client development success.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial real estate transactions, including leasing and purchase agreements.
• Conduct real estate due diligence, including title reviews.
• Manage real estate finance transactions and development-related contracts.
