K&L Gates is seeking a midlevel to senior associate for its Real Estate practice in Seattle. The ideal candidate will have 3–8 years of experience advising on real estate purchases, sales, and financing, plus diligence, leasing, development, and joint ventures experience.

Candidates must be self-starters with strong communication and a commitment to client service as they work with mentors across the US Real Estate platform.

Qualificações

• Three to eight years of experience advising on purchase, sale, and financing of real estate assets.
• Experience with real estate due diligence, leasing, development, and joint ventures.
• Prior experience in a sophisticated law firm preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with experienced lawyers across the Real Estate platform.
• Mentor and increase client contact while assuming more responsibility.
