Job summary

A leading commercial practice group in Seattle is seeking a junior-level associate to join its Real Estate Practice. The ideal candidate will work on complex and sophisticated real estate transactions, managing workstreams both independently and as part of collaborative deal teams.

Key Responsibilities include assisting with financings, supporting acquisitions and dispositions, drafting leases and JV transactions, and direct client interaction to advance transaction goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience working on commercial real estate transactions in a law firm setting.
• Currently licensed to practice law in Washington state, or currently eligible to become licensed in WA.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills; exceptional business acumen; ability to manage components of transactions independently.
• Excellent academic credentials and professional references.
