We Are Legal Revolution, a discreet Am Law-ranked global full-service firm, seeks a mid to senior level Real Estate Associate Attorney for its Boston, MA office. The role offers direct access to complex acquisitions, development and financing work for major institutional clients under a partner-led, collaborative team.

Ideal candidate has 3–6 years of real estate experience, familiarity with joint ventures and financings, and New York bar admission or eligibility to waive into New York.

Formación

• 3 to 6 years of law firm real estate experience.
• Strong academic credentials from a top 50 law school.
• New York Bar admission or eligibility to waive into New York.

Responsabilidades

• Advise on real estate acquisitions and dispositions for institutional, fund and corporate clients.
• Handle construction and permanent financings for lender and borrower sides.
• Work on joint ventures, portfolio transactions, REITs and real estate funds.
• Structure equity joint venture investments and oversee entity formation and governing documentation.
• Engage across residential, industrial, office, retail, hospitality and land asset classes.
