Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a mid level Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its New York, NY office. You will work with a nationally respected real estate team handling sophisticated transactions across multiple asset classes for major investors and developers, taking on meaningful responsibility from day one.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of CRE experience at a reputable law firm, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and New York admission.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of commercial real estate experience at a respected law firm.
• Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, and financings across multiple CRE asset classes.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and joint venture agreements.
• Proven ability to manage title, survey, environmental, and zoning due diligence processes.
• Admission to practice in New York and willingness to be in office 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Structure and execute acquisitions, dispositions, and financings across diverse CRE asset classes.
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, commercial leases, and joint venture agreements.
• Lead and manage due diligence, including title, survey, environmental, and zoning reviews.
• Advise on development projects from entitlement stage through completion alongside cross-practice teams.
• Support day-to-day operational real estate matters, including lease amendments, assignments, subleases, and tenant issues.
