We Are Legal Revolution in San Francisco, CA is seeking a mid-level Commercial Real Estate Associate to join our growing national and international real estate practice. The role offers exposure to sophisticated transactions across asset classes with direct access to partners and cross-office teams.

You will handle structuring acquisitions, dispositions, financings, drafts of agreements, and lead due diligence from entitlement to closing, with a competitive compensation package and opportunity

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of commercial real estate experience at a law firm.
• Hands-on experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and real estate financings across multiple asset classes.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for purchase and sale, loan, lease, and joint venture documentation.
• Proven ability to manage due diligence including title, survey, environmental, and zoning reviews.

Responsibilities

• Structure and execute acquisitions, dispositions, and financings across office, retail, logistics, healthcare, student housing, hospitality, and data centers.
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, commercial leases, and joint venture agreements.
• Lead and coordinate due diligence including title, survey, environmental, and zoning reviews.
• Advise on development projects from entitlement through completion, collaborating with tax, construction, and planning teams.
• Support day to day operational real estate matters including lease amendments, assignments, subleases, and tenant issues.
