Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mid-Senior Real Estate Associate to join the Dallas, TX team. The role focuses on substantial commercial real estate and financing transactions across mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail assets, hotels, and resorts.

Ideal candidates will have 5–8 years of experience, strong writing and client-relations skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment. JD from an ABA-approved law school is required.

Qualifications

• 5th-8th year associate with significant real estate transaction experience.
• Strong writing and communication skills required.
• Experience in real estate development and joint venture work preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate documents for real estate and financing transactions.
• Manage purchase/sale agreements, licenses, leases, and loan documents.
• Engage in development-related agreements and property management agreements.
• Interact with partners and clients throughout matters.
• Mentor and support junior attorneys.
