Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mid-Senior Real Estate Associate to join their Raleigh, NC team. The ideal candidate has substantial experience in commercial real estate and financing transactions involving mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail assets, hotels, and other commercial projects.

The role requires 5th-8th year experience with strong writing, communication, and project management skills. JD from an ABA-approved law school and bar admission are required.

Qualifications

• 5th-8th year associate with significant experience in real estate transactions.
• Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience in real estate development and joint venture work preferred.
• Sound judgment and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage documents related to real estate and financing transactions.
• Engage in purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, and loan agreements.
• Handle easements, CC&Rs, development-related agreements, and property management agreements.
• Interact directly with partners and clients.
• Mentor and support junior attorneys.
