BCG Attorney Search in Austin, TX is seeking a mid-senior real estate associate with substantial experience in commercial real estate and financing transactions across mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail, hotels and resorts.

The ideal candidate will draft, negotiate and manage real estate documents, handle purchase agreements, leases and loan agreements, and mentor junior attorneys while coordinating with partners and clients.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.
• 5th-8th year associate with significant experience in real estate transactions.
• Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience in real estate development and joint venture work preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage documents related to real estate and financing transactions.
• Engage in purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, and loan agreements.
• Handle easements, CC&Rs, development-related agreements, and property management agreements.
• Interact directly with partners and clients.
• Mentor and support junior attorneys.
