The ideal candidate has substantial experience in commercial real estate and financing transactions across mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail assets, hotels and related projects.

JD from an ABA-approved law school is required, with 5–8 years of relevant experience. Candidates should have strong writing, communication, and project management skills and be prepared to mentor

Qualifications

• 5th-8th year associate with significant real estate transactions experience.
• Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience in real estate development and joint venture work preferred.
• Sound judgment and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Education: JD from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active member of the Bar in the jurisdiction(s) of practice.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage documents related to real estate and financing transactions.
• Engage in purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, and loan agreements.
• Handle easements, CC&Rs, development-related agreements, and property management agreements.
• Interact directly with partners and clients, providing outstanding client service.
• Mentor and support junior attorneys.
