Job summary

Bellwether seeks an Analyst or Senior Analyst to support the Debt and Equity Asset Management team. You will monitor a portfolio of debt and equity investments across multifamily, industrial, hotel, retail and office assets and maintain asset-level analyses.

You will build cash flow models, review reports, and work with sponsors and operating partners to advance business plans and create value. Senior Analysts mentor juniors and own analyses.

Qualifications

• Strong property underwriting and financial modeling.
• Experience with debt/equity investments and waterfalls.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ARGUS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor debt and equity investments across asset types and track performance.
• Review operating reports, budgets and leasing activity; participate in calls.
• Build asset-level cash flow models and reforecasts; evaluate scenarios.
