Job summary

CBRE Investment Management, LLC in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Senior Associate to execute analytics and risk measurements across portfolios. You will review performance data, leverage data to derive insights, and partner with leadership to inform fund strategy and asset allocation.

The role requires advanced skills in data modeling, Power BI, SQL, Python, and ETL pipelines, with experience building dashboards and integrating data into investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in a related field and five years of progressive experience in analytics or related occupation.
• Experience in data modeling of large-scale real estate/economic datasets using advanced statistical and ML techniques.
• Designing/maintaining interactive dashboards in Power BI backed by SQL/Python logic to visualize investment metrics.
• Developing automated ETL pipelines using RESTful APIs, AWS, and Snowflake to ingest and process data from multiple sources.
• Integrating data-driven insights into fund strategy, asset allocation, and investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Execute analytics and risk measurements for real estate portfolios.
• Review and maintain performance results; derive insights on performance and strategy.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Management and executives to inform investment decisions.
• Support marketing materials with analytical data and dashboards.
• Develop dashboards and dashboards-based reporting for end-to-end visibility.
• Improve processes and data workflows; oversee data flow from providers.
