• Not an entry-level role; capable of stepping into acquisitions from day one.

Responsabilités

• Source off-market investment properties through wholesalers, real estate agents, and other lead sources.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals to meet investor demand.
• Analyze investment opportunities, review comps, estimate repairs, and negotiate purchase agreements.
• Manage opportunities through the acquisition process with clear communication.
• Maintain records in Salesforce CRM for contacts, opportunities, negotiations, and contracts.
• Develop understanding of the Dallas–Fort Worth investment market and company strategies.
• Represent RFP Homes with professionalism and integrity.
