Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with an understanding of CRE markets.
• Experience with financial modeling and underwriting for acquisitions/development.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis, modeling and underwriting for acquisition and development opportunities using Excel and Argus.
• Assist with the site and market due diligence process for acquisitions and development.
• Support feasibility analyses, financing, design, contracting and construction management.
• Complete market research using internal/external data and brokers for lease/sale comparables.
• Compile Investment Committee memoranda with underwriting support.
• Prepare presentation materials and proposals with written and graphic requirements.
• Participate in project team meetings and update deal information weekly.
