SL Recruit partners with a DC-based real estate investment and development firm to recruit a Senior Associate for the Investment & Portfolio Management team in Washington, DC. You will lead underwriting, build Excel and ARGUS models, and present to senior leadership.

Qualifikationen

5+ years CRE investment experience focused on underwriting and acquisitions.
Proven closed-deal track record from underwriting to closing.
Strong writing and presentation skills; independent work ethic.

Aufgaben

Lead underwriting for acquisitions, recapitalizations, and assets.
Build complex Excel and ARGUS models including JV waterfalls and debt sizing.
Prepare IC memos, business plans, and partner materials.
Run transactions from LOI to close; coordinate diligence and lenders.
Review PSAs, loan documents, and JV agreements with leadership.
Serve as point of contact for capital partners and servicers.
Mentor Analysts and interns.
