Grant Morgan is seeking an Investment Associate/Senior Associate to join its Washington, DC area team. The role focuses on strategic investment analysis for new and existing deals and preparing Investment Committee materials.

Candidates should have 2–4 years in real estate, investment banking, or private equity, strong Excel/financial modeling skills, and experience with ARGUS (AE) is preferred. The pace is fast, with interaction across Finance, Acquisitions, Development, and Asset Management.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant real estate, investment banking, or private equity experience.
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical skills and solid financial aptitude.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic investment analysis for new and existing deals.
• Support Investments team by preparing Investment Committee materials and other documents.
• Review historical asset data and pro forma/budget analyses; create/update pro forma cash flows.
