Nolan Capital, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our growing Family Office.

This role will oversee day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for a diverse portfolio, including real estate investments and other private investments, partnering with leadership to drive operational improvements. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of accounting experience, deep GAAP knowledge, and direct real estate accounting expertise.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Direct real estate accounting experience is required.
• Experience managing multiple entities and complex ownership structures.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Manage the full-cycle accounting process for multiple entities, including general ledger, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee accounting for real estate investments, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing activity, capital expenditures, and property-level reporting.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors during tax preparation and annual audits.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with treasury management.
• Review and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and special financial analyses.
• Coordinate with third-party property managers and investment professionals.
• Support investment transactions, entity formations, and other special projects as needed.
• Maintain accurate accounting records across multiple legal entities.
• Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
