The candidate will prepare investor-focused financial statements, reconcile bank activity, and manage portfolio accounting while handling tax information for Partnership Returns. CPA in progress or CPA preferred; 3+ years of accounting experience required.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA or CPA in process is required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and monthly packages for investors.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and schedules for assigned properties.
• Track accounting activity for your assigned portfolio of assets.
• Prepare related tax information for Partnership Returns.
• Perform accounting research as required.
• Perform special projects as required.
