NorthPoint Search Group is seeking a Senior Real Estate Accountant for our Atlanta office. This role offers exposure to a growing real estate portfolio and opportunities for advancement within a REIT environment.

The candidate will prepare investor-focused financial statements, reconcile bank activity, and manage portfolio accounting while handling tax information for Partnership Returns. CPA in progress or CPA preferred; 3+ years of accounting experience required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA or CPA in process is required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience is required.
