Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and qualify reagent formulations for sequencing workflows.
• Conduct QC testing of materials to ensure consistency and performance.
• Validate reagent performance using analytical techniques.
• Troubleshoot formulation and QC issues in collaboration with teams.
• Draft and review protocols in line with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate lab records and support data analysis.
