Job summary

Sabre Systems is seeking a Senior Advisor to support a U.S. Navy customer, delivering readiness and sustainment insights through advanced analytics and AI-enabled methods. The role focuses on end-to-end readiness, reporting, and decision-support across operations, maintenance, engineering, supply chain, and financial management.

The position requires extensive experience, DoD clearance, and U.S. citizenship, with strategic influence over program direction and long-term outcomes for the customer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems management, mathematics, physics, operations research, statistics, or engineering; six years of related experience as substitution.
• Fifteen years of related experience with twelve in the specified concentration areas (Engineering, Maintenance, Supply).
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a senior advisor to the Government and supports program operations.
• Assesses adequacy of evolving plans and change management; adapts processes to improve methodology.
• Applies business management principles to formulate long- and short-term plans.
• Analyzes in-place business, operational, and financial processes and management relationships.
• Identifies and recommends programmatic approaches to redefine and modify practices.
• Develops program/project plans, guidelines, and controls.
• Demonstrates broad expertise to support maintenance & supply chain domains.
