Job summary

Precise Systems is seeking a Senior Advisor to support a U.S. Navy customer.

The role builds strategic direction and guides program management to deliver readiness assessments, analytics, and decision-support products that improve operational availability while controlling costs. The advisor will shape long- and short-term plans, analyze business and financial processes, and apply advanced analytics and AI/ML techniques where appropriate to optimize readiness across maintenance and supply chain

Qualifications

Fifteen (15) years of related experience; twelve (12) years in readiness, strategic planning, or related DoD domains.
Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher and U.S. Citizenship.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; equivalent experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior advisor to the Government and support program operations.
Determine the adequacy and acceptability of evolving program plans and change management strategies.
Apply knowledge of business management principles to formulate long- and short-term plans.
Analyze in-place business, operational, and financial processes and management relationships.
Identify and recommend programmatic approaches to redefine, plan, organize, design, develop, and modify current practices.
Develop program/project plans, guidelines, and controls.
Perform tasks that require both practical experience and theoretical knowledge in a specialty area.
Support an entire domain of client operations—maintenance & supply chain management.
