Precise Systems, Inc. is hiring a Senior Advisor to support a U.S. Navy program focused on readiness, maintenance, and sustainment.

The role analyzes readiness metrics, delivers decision-support analytics and dashboards, and leverages AI/ML techniques for forecasting and optimization. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems management, mathematics, physics, operations research, statistics, or engineering or equivalent experience.
• Fifteen years of related experience, twelve years direct in the specified concentration area.
• Must hold an active DoD Secret Clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior advisor to the Government and support the customer on program operations.
• Determine adequacy of evolving program plans and change-management strategies to improve processes.
• Apply knowledge of business management, organizational structures, and information management to plan long- and short-term objectives.
• Analyze in-place business, operational, and financial processes and management relationships.
• Identify and recommend approaches to redefine, plan, organize, design, and modify current practices.
• Develop program/project plans, guidelines, and controls.
• Perform tasks requiring practical experience and state-of-the-art technical knowledge in a specialty area.
• Maintain broad expertise to support maintenance & supply chain management and total force management.
