Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience. Six years additional related work experience allowed.
• Fifteen years of related experience, including six in the designated concentration areas, with proficiency in analytics products and policy development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans across multiple tasks and organizations.
• Define problems, analyze data, and develop recommendations for implementation with complex statistical modeling.
• Evaluate organizational performance, identify gaps, and propose improvements to reduce costs and increase readiness.
• Implement improved systems and processes and drive performance improvements.
• Apply analytical techniques (WBS, activity-based costing, process improvement) to meet objectives.
