Job summary

Precise Systems, Inc. is hiring a Senior Advisor to support a U.S. Navy customer. The role focuses on readiness, sustainment, and data‑driven decision support to improve operational availability while controlling costs.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in a technical field, 15 years of related experience (12 in Navy/DoD readiness), active Secret clearance, and U.S. citizenship; duties include strategy, program planning, and analytics across maintenance, logistics, and supply chains.

Qualifications

• Fifteen years of related experience with at least twelve in Future Readiness.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience with aviation maintenance and Navy budget systems (PBIS).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior advisor to the Government and customer on program operations.
• Evaluate plans and change strategies to improve business methods.
• Apply management and information techniques to craft long- and short-term plans.
• Analyze in-place business, operations, and financial processes.
• Recommend programmatic approaches to redefine practices and processes.
• Develop program plans, guidelines, and controls.
• Demonstrate broad expertise to support an entire operations domain (maintenance, logistics, and supply).
