You will join the Operations team and support training, procedures, and cross‑disciplinary reviews to ensure safe, compliant plant performance. The ideal candidate has an SRO license or equivalent, 3–5 years of nuclear plant experience, and a bachelor’s degree in science or engineering.

Qualifications

• SRO license or equivalent preferred.
• 3 years commercial nuclear power plant operator experience.
• 5 years working at a commercial nuclear power plant.
• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Attend license class to obtain an SRO license for Natrium plant.
• Provide assistance, feedback and support to others during training.
• Coordinate with departments for cross-discipline procedure development.
• Develop and use procedures and training materials for operations.
• Support compliance with NRC regulations and internal standards.
