Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking a Senior UI Developer to join the Settlements team. You will lead front-end feature implementation and collaborate with backend engineers to deliver polished, user-centric web applications.

The role focuses on building modern React-based interfaces, optimizing performance, and contributing to design discussions with UX and product management. Strong JavaScript/TypeScript expertise and a track record of shipping reliable UI are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building modern, user-facing web applications.
• Hands-on React experience with front-end feature implementation.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and development of user-facing web applications for the Settlements platform.
• Lead efforts to design, architect and build new front-end components and features.
• Independently handle builds, deployments and testing activities.
• Create design documentation for new software development and versions.
• Provide second-tier production support for 24/7 applications.
• Collaborate with UX designers, analysts and product management to translate requirements into intuitive interfaces.
