Job summary

Reflex is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to own the mobile React Native app used by thousands of workers daily. You will inherit a mature codebase and define the architecture, quality, and direction, setting the standard across the mobile team.

You'll collaborate with product, design, and backend to ship end-to-end features and improve performance and reliability. This role offers real ownership, equity upside, and the chance to shape the platform powering flexible retail labor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping production software.
• Deep React Native expertise with scalable apps.
• Strong React and TypeScript fundamentals.
• Experience defining standards and mentoring teammates.
• Cross-stack collaboration with product and design.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, quality, and direction of mobile apps.
• Lead code reviews, set standards, and mentor engineers.
• Own release processes for App Store and Play Store.
• Turn product problems into intuitive experiences with design.
• Ship features from architecture to deployment and iteration.
• Improve performance, reliability, and developer experience.
• Collaborate across the stack including web and backend services.
