Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer in Cambridge, MA to own features from concept through deployment. The role focuses on a mobile-first platform with React Native and expanding to a web app. You will work closely with product, clinical, and engineering teams to improve patient care.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of professional software development, strong React Native experience, and backend Python/API work, with a product-minded, ownership-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 5 years in professional software development
• Recent professional experience shipping production apps with React Native
• Expertise with React for modern frontend development
• Experience with TypeScript for frontend and backend work
• Experience developing backend services and APIs using Python is a plus
• Proven ability to own features end-to-end, from design through deployment and support
• Experience building scalable, secure, reliable apps handling sensitive data
• Strong understanding of API design, third-party integrations, and distributed architecture
