Job summary

CultureMill Recruiting partners with a leading fantasy sports and sports betting platform to hire a Senior React Native Developer. You will own mobile feature development using TypeScript, React Native, and modern patterns, collaborating with product and design to ship high-performance experiences for millions of users.

The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week in the San Mateo office, with a focus on building reusable components, robust mobile architecture, and staying ahead of RN best

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mobile development experience.
• 4+ years building with React Native in production.
• Experience with TypeScript, hooks, component architecture, and debugging performance issues.
• Previously worked on a consumer product with millions of users.
• Enjoy fast-paced teams, autonomy, and shaping product decisions alongside design.
• Passionate about sports, fantasy sports, or sports betting.
• Bonus: Started as a native iOS or Android developer before moving into RN.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship features across mobile platforms using React Native and TypeScript
• Collaborate directly with designers and fellow engineers to shape features based on user behavior and product goals
• Create and maintain a well-structured, reusable component systems to ensure design consistency and efficiency across the app

We’re partnering with the team behind one of the most widely used fantasy sports and sports betting platforms—serving millions of passionate users & backed by top-tier investors. Their product is mobile-first, socially driven, and scaling fast across new game formats and user communities.

As a Senior React Native Developer, you’ll take full ownership of feature development across mobile platforms, using a modern stack that includes TypeScript, React Query, React Navigation, and Reanimated. You’ll collaborate closely with product and design to bring intuitive, high-performance experiences to life for millions of users.

This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days per week in office in San Mateo.
