Job summary
First Citizens Bank is seeking a Senior React Engineer to design and build pages for our Online Banking app. You will provide technical guidance, estimate efforts, and decide on optimal tech solutions to meet business needs.
You will oversee distributed developers while delivering solutions with performance, scalability, and reliability in mind. You will collaborate with product owners, move quickly from design to implementation, and mentor junior engineers while maintaining hands-on coding
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS or related field with 4+ years of software dev experience.
- Alternately, HS diploma with 8+ years of software dev experience.
- Strong front-end with React, Redux and modern JS tooling.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable front-end architectures and components.
- Lead design discussions, review code, and ensure quality via tests.
- Collaborate with product and QA to deliver robust online banking features.
- Mentor peers and drive best practices across distributed teams.
