Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in software application development and maintenance OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in software application development and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of systems while spending substantial time on hands-on implementation.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices across the team.
• Collaborate with product owners to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Drive technical designs to consensus and obtain Architecture Review Team sign-off.
• Estimate large features and guide teams through end-to-end implementation.
• Provide day-to-day guidance for distributed development efforts.
