Job summary

Father Bill’s & MainSpring is seeking a Senior Re-Housing Case Manager to provide shelter support through comprehensive assessment, case planning, and re-housing assistance. This full-time, community-based role works out of Quincy, MA.

Hours are 10:00am–6:00pm, Monday through Friday, with some variation as necessary; CPR certification is required and provided by FBMS, and AED/First Aid may also be required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of case management experience or a BA in Social Work or related field.
• CPR certification required; AED/First Aid may be required.
• Based in Quincy with 10:00am–6:00pm, Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities

• Model understanding of agency systems and Rapid Rehousing Programs.
• Refer to community partners to provide housing in a Housing First model.
• Participate in strategic planning and policy development with management.
• Develop Re-Housing Plans with participants to exit shelter.
• Provide support, crisis intervention, mediation, and service coordination.
• Maintain participant data and case notes accurately.
• Attend staff and partner meetings and assist in training new staff.
• Assist in intake and data entry for guests.
