Responsibilities

• Lead network lifecycle management programs and manage delivery procedures.
• Organize project technical milestones and coordinate with engineers.
• Develop detailed designs from high-level architectures.
• Serve as Tier-2 escalation point for network incidents.
• Act as SME for root-cause analysis and develop automation scripts.
• Lead network automation design and delivery projects.
• Provide technical coaching and training to junior staff.
• Collaborate with vendor engineering and product teams.
• Participate in RFQ/RFP development.
