Job summary

Paradigm Oral Surgery is seeking a senior RCM Specialist III for remote work in the US. The role supports multiple offices with end-to-end revenue cycle tasks including insurance verification, billing, collections, and refunds, ensuring accurate patient financial experiences.

The ideal candidate will have deep RCM knowledge with coding review, claims submission, denials management, and KPIs monitoring, plus the ability to train teammates and collaborate with providers, front office, and finance

Qualifications

• Experience in dental revenue cycle workflows under standard operating procedures.
• Knowledge of payor reimbursement and compliance processes across multiple payors.
• Proficiency with practice management software and data entry tools.
• Strong math, numerical accuracy and 10-key by touch.

Responsibilities

• Perform insurance verification and benefits inquiries.
• Coding review and claims submission, with denials management as needed.
• Manage patient payments posting and refunds processing, including zero pays where applicable.
• Monitor KPIs: net collection rate, days in AR, and AR over 90 days; report insights.
