Job summary

Paradigm Oral Surgery is seeking a seasoned RCM Specialist III for a remote position. The role covers end-to-end revenue cycle activities, including verification, billing, collections, posting, and refunds, while upholding accuracy and compliance standards.

The specialist will serve as an internal expert, support training, and contribute to KPI improvements across net collection rate, days in AR, and denials management, collaborating with providers and front-office teams.

Qualifications

• Experience across end-to-end RCM functions including verification, billing, collections, posting and refunds.
• Ability to act as internal expert for colleagues and leadership on RCM issues.
• Experience with driving process improvements and training content.

Responsibilities

• Perform RCM activities per SOPs; may include verification, coding review, submissions and follow-up.
• Manage insurance follow-up on claims, denials and appeals.
• Process credit balances and refunds; post payments including zero-pay postings.
