Job summary

You will onboard and train staff, develop SOPs, manage escalations, and partner with management to improve client outcomes while maintaining SLAs and quality across the Revenue Cycle Management function. The role emphasizes strategic oversight, process optimization, and effective vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or healthcare field.
• 7+ years revenue cycle management experience.
• 3+ years vendor/partner or client management.
• Strong knowledge of RCM principles and regulations.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to RCM global partner teams.
