Job Description
We're in search of aSenior RCDD Designer, someone who can blend expertise and creativity to elevate our projects. In this role, you'll navigate complex designs using CAD/BIM software, spearhead the design for data centers and building systems, and oversee smaller projects to ensure our hallmark of excellence and innovation. You will work directly with some of the world’s largest technology companies and other mission‑critical clients. You will serve as a design lead on projects, design calculations, write technical reports, and prepare documents all related to telecom and security design for mission‑critical projects. Experience in the Data Center industry is preferred. You will also coordinate with other Olsson teams, professional staff, technical staff, and clients.

The typical annual salary range for this role is as listed below. Compensation may vary based on geographic location, experience, and qualifications. Employees in this role may be eligible for our performance‑based bonus and merit increases.
National Pay Range
$120,000 - $150,000 USD
