Job summary

InBloom Autism Services seeks a Senior Registered Behavior Technician (Sr. RBT) to lead and support a team of RBTs while implementing advanced ABA strategies. You will work closely with BCBAs/BCaBAs, ensure high fidelity in treatment plans, and mentor junior staff to promote professional growth.

Travel up to 25% to local centers, clinics, or schools is required. The Sr. RBT will collect data, maintain records, and ensure ethical compliance per BACB standards while contributing to client progress

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• RBT certification with a minimum of 2 years in applied behavior analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
• Proficiency with data collection software.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, modeling, and support to junior RBTs and other team members.
• Assist in onboarding new technicians and ensure adherence to treatment protocols.
• Implement behavior plans designed by BCBAs/BCaBAs with high accuracy, supporting clients in achieving both behavioral and skill-based goals.
• Collect and monitor data on client behavior and skill development, ensuring a high degree of accuracy. Provide feedback and suggestions to BCBAs for potential modifications to treatment plans.
• Deliver one-on-one behavioral interventions to clients in various settings (home, school, clinic, or community) and maintain high standards of care.
• Implement advanced behavior reduction techniques.
• Maintain open lines of communication with BCBAs, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
• Stay updated on the latest practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through ongoing training and professional development. Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards.
• Complete detailed and accurate session notes, ensuring timely submission of required documentation. Report progress, challenges, and improvements to the supervising BCBA.
• Assist in addressing challenging behaviors and managing crises when necessary, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
