Job summary

InBloom Autism Services in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Registered Behavior Technician (Sr. RBT) to lead, mentor, and execute client treatment plans with high fidelity.

You will collaborate with BCBAs/BCaBAs, support junior RBTs, and ensure data accuracy and quality assurance across sessions. The role involves delivering one-on-one ABA interventions in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings, collecting data, documenting progress, and upholding BACB ethical standards while pursuing

Qualifications

• RBT certification with a minimum of 2 years of experience in applied behavior analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
• Proficiency in data collection software.
• Positive attitude, solution-focused mindset, and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, modeling, and support to junior RBTs and other team members.
• Assist in onboarding new technicians and ensure adherence to treatment protocols.
• Implement behavior plans designed by BCBAs/BCaBAs with high accuracy, supporting clients in achieving goals.
• Collect and monitor data on client behavior and skill development, providing feedback to BCBA.
• Deliver one-on-one behavioral interventions in various settings (home, school, clinic, or community).
• Implement advanced behavior reduction techniques.
• Maintain open lines of communication with BCBAs, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Stay updated on ABA practices and BACB ethical standards.
• Complete detailed session notes and document progress.
