Job summary

InBloom Autism Services seeks a Senior Registered Behavior Technician (Sr. RBT) to lead and mentor junior RBTs while implementing advanced ABA strategies. You will work closely with BCBA/BCaBA teams to ensure high-fidelity treatment, accurate data collection, and program integrity across client settings.

Travel up to 25% to local centers is required; strong communication and leadership are essential as you support client progress and contribute to team development under the RBT Rise program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2+ years ABA experience preferred.
• RBT certification required with minimum 2 years of ABA experience.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior RBTs and team members.
• Assist onboarding of new technicians and ensure adherence to treatment protocols.
• Implement ABA plans with high accuracy to help clients achieve goals.
• Collect and monitor data; provide feedback to BCBAs for plan adjustments.
• Deliver one-on-one behavioral interventions in various settings.
• Maintain detailed session notes and timely documentation.
